Kitsap Cares About Kids is a campaign to acknowledge and expand the efforts of organizations, individuals and businesses that support youth in Kitsap County.

This project is based on the Search Institute’s developmental assets, positive qualities that help young people grow up healthy. It is sponsored by the Kitsap County Commission on Children and Youth.

We hope to create a community where all young people know they are valued, have hope for the future and possess the resources to achieve their goals.

Play Your Part . . . Register
Our goal is to register businesses, youth service organizations and individuals with Kitsap Cares About Kids each year. It’s easy, it’s free and it’s important. Learn more about the benefits of registering.

What’s Your Gift? Tell Us Your Story
We’re collecting and celebrating some of the different ways that local businesses and organizations have changed the lives of children for the better. Our focus is on diverse contributions of all types of resources, not just financial donations. If you have a story you would like to share, let us know! And get inspired by what others have done by reading their true, life-changing stories.
